*Note on registration

USA Rugby is using a new provider, Rugby Xplorer, to register players .  You will be asked to create or log into a Rugby Xplorer account before registering.  There is a page showing how the fees are broken out by Club, State Youth Rugby Organization (SYRO), Council and USA Rugby amounts.  These are not new fees and are paid to these entities for each player & coach every year.  The Club fee is the amount set and retained by MidState Rugby.
