Welcome to our 16th Season!

  • Rugby is perfect for kids of all sizes and abilities

  • No experience or equipment is needed. The emphasis is on learning skills, teamwork, and having fun!

  • We expect everyone to have a safe & enjoyable experience. All players, coaches, referees & parents must follow the guidelines in the Code of Conduct

  • Open to residents of Cheshire, Southington, Meriden, Wallingford, Woodbridge & all surrounding towns.

Youth Flag Season - Spring

Overview: Midstate youth rugby offers co-ed flag rugby for grades 3 & 4 (u10). Learn the basics of rugby in a fun and instructional non-contact environment (similar to flag football).

  • Location: Highland School, 490 Highland Ave, Cheshire

  • Practices: 1x per week, Wednesdays, games on Sunday
